Call for papers
The ISPGAYA Internation Congress 2025 focuses on the theme of the transversalities between Artificial Intelligence, Innovation and Sustainability, reflecting the current academic, social, and political agenda. This event brings together the diverse scientific areas of ISPGAYA and highlights interdisciplinary and multilevel efforts to transform existing realities, supported by the affinity of ideas, attitudes, knowledge, and practices.
Contributions from various national and international institutions within the scientific and technological system are valued, promoting the alignment of strategies at local, regional, and global levels. These strategies are strengthened by the interconnected and synergistic contributions of active participants, mobilising efforts towards consolidating planetary sustainability over the coming decades.
The scope of this proceedings book encompasses manuscripts submitted under a variety of themes: Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning; Energy Sustainability; Education and Digital Technologies; Industrial Automation and Electronics; Business Management and Innovation; Cybersecurity and Information Technologies; Sustainable Tourism and Leisure; Digital Marketing; Accountancy and Fiscal Organisation; and Sustainable Entrepreneurship.
All these scientific areas converge on the central theme of «sustainability». Researchers, professionals, and students from diverse fields participate in this exchange of knowledge, promoting a networked approach and fostering partnerships to address global challenges with innovative and sustainable solutions.
The publication of this proceedings book aims to drive research by linking theory and practice, consistently focusing on innovative approaches. The primary goal is to involve as many people and institutions as possible in the construction of an intelligent development model aligned with the United Nations’ 2030 Agenda.
We explore the dimensions of responsible innovation, including technological and entrepreneurial innovation, to promote sustainable development and create a positive impact in the paradigm shift. We move beyond the traditional development model towards building a safe operating space for a SMART Earth3 model, integrating Local Sustainable Development Goals.

How do I take part in the congress?
The first step is to send the abstract of the article you want to submit to the ISPGAYA International Congress.
This abstract must be sent in pdf format, using the platform available for submission (click here).
The document should not include any mention of the author or authors.
If the abstract is accepted, the full article must be sent by the deadline. The article must be sent in pdf format. It should also not include any mention of the author or authors. The size of the article must be respected (see author’s kit).
Only when the article has been approved the correspondent author should submit the version of the document with the authors’ names, email, affiliation and ORCID. In this final submission, the article must be sent in word, pdf and also the signed agreement (all sent in a zip file, whose name will be the ID of the paper). The agreement will be provided if and when the article is approved.
