Manuscripts submitted must strictly follow the rules available in the author’s kit.
All submissions must be written in English and be between 10 and 16 pages long.
Manuscripts must be original, previously unpublished, and not submitted to another conference or journal.
Submissions must be anonymous: no elements that allow the authors to be identified — such as names, institutional affiliations or self-referential bibliographic citations — should be included in the version intended for peer review by the Scientific Committee.

Upon acceptance, authors must submit the final version for publication, prepared in Word and accompanied by a PDF file.
This version must include the authors’ identification.
These materials must be sent together with the duly completed Consent to Publication form, compiled in a ZIP file and uploaded through the official conference management system.
All necessary permissions regarding the use of third-party elements (images, tables, etc.) must also be sent.

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
